Pricing questions
How does billing work?+
Perspyre is billed monthly on the date you sign up. You can also choose annual billing and save the equivalent of two months. Invoices are available inside your admin portal and receipts are emailed automatically.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fee. Launch is free forever. Migration and onboarding are included on Pro, Connect, and Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel before your next billing date and you keep access through the end of the current period. There are no termination fees.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin portal. Changes prorate on your next invoice, and you get immediate access to new features the moment you upgrade.
What do I get when I upgrade from Launch to Pro?+
You unlock unlimited active members, recurring billing, a lead pipeline with automated follow-up, smart waitlists, retention alerts, staff roles and payroll-ready reports, plus guided migration from your current system.
What do I get when I upgrade from Pro to Connect?+
You add API access and custom integrations, cross-location reporting rollups, shared memberships across sites, and advanced automations with priority support.
What do I get with Enterprise?+
Everything in Connect plus a dedicated launch specialist, dedicated account manager, custom reporting, custom contracts and SLA, and white-glove onboarding.
What about payment processing?+
Processing is billed at standard card rates with no Perspyre platform markup. Payouts land directly in your connected bank account on your existing processor schedule.
